Excellent Hotel Experience
convenient shuttle fresh pastries
The hotel offered a convenient hourly shuttle to Taksim Square. I found this service very helpful for accessing shopping. The breakfast had many options.. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. The room was cleaned daily and the staff provided fresh water bottles.
I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. The large window in my room had visible cracks.

really cool stay!
spacious room nice balcony fresh towels complimentary water
my room its a beautiful king bed room balcony and i have to say its very spacious. the balcony itself offers a nice little spot to relax. daily cleaning happens with fresh towels replacing it. the staff even bring two complimentary bottles of water each day. i thought its a very nice touch.
i noticed a very slight delay sometimes when i call for room service, not a biggie tho.

the breakfast buffet includes warm dishes, such as pasta and potatoes. a lot of fruit is available, including a selection of salads. the pastry selection its also very extensive with sweet and savory options.

excellent service and convenient location
polite staff room upgrade helpful staff excellent breakfast
the staff were very polite. they upgraded my room to a higher category. special thanks to the general manager, mr miktat, and the receptionist, mr ferhat. breakfast is excellent, especially mr rize greets well every morning and takes care of every need.
the room cleanliness was far below expectations. the room size was much smaller than expected. sound insulation was poor.

the staff at the front desk were kind. mr hozan was humble and always ready to assist. the hotel manager, mr miktat, showed interest and helped with various requests.
